When you email me or book a call, I process the data you give me: your name, your email and what you tell me about your case. I use it to reply and, if it fits, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship you start by contacting me.

I keep that data for as long as the conversation lasts. If there is no engagement I delete it within a year at most; if there is one, I keep it for as long as the law requires for contracts and invoicing.

I do not share your data with anyone. The email provider and the call-booking service process it only to provide their service, under their own guarantees.

The site uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union, in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you. It records, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked, to improve the site. That is why there is no cookie banner.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hey@alexmdevs.com. If you believe I have not handled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
